Ahh hell with it, I'll just chuck some in
I'll add them sort of at the same rate and level as Ottoman leaders to keep some historical feel for the area.
You won't really find any Greek janissaries MKJ, Ottomans rarely (if at all) used the
devshirme system in areas predominantly populated by Greeks---they weren't really seen fit for elite service (I'm not supporting this claim, just pointing out to their line of thinking at the time.) Hopefully Angelos can help here, but I'm pretty sure Greek highschool history textbooks would contradict this

Ministries of Education in Greece and Turkey both are more interested in propoganda rather than facts.
Albanians on the other hand, famous as mercenaries, bandits and overall fierce fighters throughout the Balkans at that time were the prime target for Ottoman officials. Similarly, Serbs, "Bosnians" and Croats were also taken to Istanbul for
re-education in large numbers.
PS: Greeks of Constantinople (Phanariotes) were the ones who rose to -really- high positions within the Empire, ranging from governors to foreign ministers, admirals etc. Some of these positions were even reserved -solely- for Phanariote Greeks (such as the governing of Eflak, the EU provinces of Wallachia)
