Description: If you re-engineer an uplifted race (e.g. for habitability) they lose the happiness from being uplifted, however they still have the uplifted trait. (Perhaps they no longer recognise my empire as the one that uplifted them?)

Savegame: Single player game - not ironman. This game was started in 1.03. I have not tested this in a game started in 1.1
DLC's: Arachnoid Portrait Pack, Creatures of the Void Portrait Pack
Mods: None
Reproduction Steps:
1. Modify the Glyrran on Jurg-Ularaih for Ocean preference.
2. Commence the Modification in the Situation Log (should take 90 days)
3. Once this modification is complete they no longer have the 20% happiness from being uplifted however still have the uplifted trait.
Observe: You can observe this in the screenshot which has the happiness mouse over. There is no uplift happiness. You can see the Uplifted trait between Starborn and Intelligent. If you go into the save you can see it with the Glyrran on Delgovicia in contrast to the Glyrran on Jolderuun IIb (additionally you see it on the Caphevad on Greenland in contrast to the Caphevad on Grokkan IIa). I uplifted both of these species.
