One of my planets is affected by some natural plants and their pollen. I took the option to have +10% happiness there, with more stages of that anomaly following.

Currently that planet has:
Pheromoned, First stage : +10% happiness
Pheromoned, Second stage: -15% minerals (with a project to do something about it)

HOWEVER. All my pops on that planet are robots (droids in this case). They are not affected by the first stage (as robots sit at 100% happiness atm) but ARE affected by the second stage. I do not think robots should be affected by pheromones at all.

So my question: Is this WAD, a bug or design oversight?

Also have seen such a bug (in my point of view).
Have colonized one planet with synth colony ship, which had pheromones and something else (also improving happiness). And suddenly all my synths from all planets have migrated there... Now I have full planet of synths, almost without buildings (as it is in one of the sectors)...

I don't think that synths may be affected by pheromones... They don't even have genders (unless it is Futurama)...

As the flavor text is written, one would think that robots shouldn't be affected by the pollen.

I was a little surprised, too. I had a robot mining minerals (why else would you have robots?) and boom, it's getting the debuff.

Robots also get affected by the radiation modifiers on planets, which they should not.
I would disagree with that. Microelectronics is degraded by high level of radiation, so robots may be easily affected by radiation. This is one of the biggest problems for space travel projects actually.
