v.1.0.2 [fc5e] Void Clouds came under my command after Integration of a Vassal

I integrated my vassal, and some Void Clouds came under my command.

Haven't noticed them earlier but I wasn't checking either. I suspect that these neutral clouds were hanging out in my vassal's system when the integration finished, and these also came under my command.
