Description: If you have atmospheric filtering (+5% hab) and hostile environment adaptation (+5 hab) techs, build a terraforming station and then decommission that station, the tech bonuses disappear (back to base 80/60/40/20) on world map. I think that you still get them when the planet is colonized.
