v.1.0.2 [fc5e] Despotic Empire lists wrong modifier

Description: Despotic Empires are listed as giving an additional +15% food or minerals on slave-worked tiles. They currently give +10%

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start the game.
2. Start a New Game as Despotic Empire.
3. Select capital planet.
4. Select a pop working Food or Minerals.
5. Enslave it.

Observe: The slave should now have +20% for being a slave as well as +10% "Empire", for being a Despotic Empire (this is incidentally the same name as for any other empire wide modifiers".

Either the tool tip for Despotic Empires is bugged or the modifier is (maybe related to its name?).
