I'm the king of Ireland, Scotland and Wales. I also hold about 3/4 of England, but i do not have the possibility to usurp the kingdom of England. Anyone has an idea why? Do I need to conquer the capital? Do i need to usurp all dukes titles?

I would also like to know what i need to create the empire of Brittania (of which i hold almost everything!).

Thanks

Go to a province in England, and click on the English coat of arms. You should see a screen of information about the kingdom, including a button to create the kingdom. If it’s grayed out, mouse over it and see the reason. You might not be able to afford it, or the King of England might be at war, or you might be wrong about how much of the kingdom you own if there’s been de jure drift.

Check the de jure box, and you should see a coat of arms for the Empire of Britannia, which you can click to get the same information.

Secondary Guess: The duchies that you have from england De Jure drifted out of England and you no longer hold more than 50% of it.

Also you do not need the Kingdom of England to create the Britannic empire - just 80% of the land.

Ok, i should have known.... for the other kingdoms i received a notification "Can usurp title" but not this time.. weird. As for the empire, i noticed that many counties in France were now de jure part of Brittania.... meaning i don't have the 80%. Damn, the year is 1445 so i won't have time to create the empire :(
