USSR surrender event?

I was playing the 45 scenerio as the US and managed to destroy the bulk of the soviet army and take Moscow. It occured to me at this point "I wonder what I need to do to get a surrender event?" So I looked in the events folders and couldnt find one. Am i just blind or did they make an entire expansion about a US vs Soviet war but didnt write any surrender events? I hope thats not the case because I cant imagine anyone enjoying pushing around an already beaten Soviet Union until ever single VP is taken. If this is the case and there is no event, has anyone written one that I can add? Also are there US surrender events for the Sovs?

There is a surrender event, I got it to fire before. I think it's called "Bitter Peace" Basically you have to push midway through the SU and they will surrender cedeing everything you have taken and reducing Partisian to like 2% in those provinces. I don't know the specifics totally but thats what I remember.

As the US this will fire? I thought the bitter peace was just for Germany?

Bitter peace is for Germany. For the 1945 scenario there is no surrender event

Thats crazy, they went made this whole scenerio and left out surrender events? Who would think that was a good idea that would be like making a new EU game and leaving out byz! Oh right nevermind. :wacko:

Would the US really allow any remnant of the USSR to survive after they started World War 3?
