Hi,

I'm playing as Japan on Hoi3 Semper Fi. I was wondering if there was really a difference between having 4 divisions (or units) of transport planes (under 1 leader) versus only 2 transport planes (under 1 leader)? I can't really see any difference in terms of getting my troops' supplies faster between the two.

Since I'm making inroads into the Soviet Union (from Manchuko) and also invading Mongolia (from China). I was thinking of taking my transport planes that have four units under one leader, and splitting them into different units under two different leaders. Thereby having more transport planes available on both the aforementioned fronts. But if it will significantly slow down the process of getting troops supplies, then I'll leave it as is and alternate.

Any suggestions or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well this depends very much on the receiving troops.
If you want to supply supplyhungry troops stacks of 4 planes make more sense.
On the other hand if you are only supplying a bunch of militia less supplies are needed and as such you might be able to do with stacks of 2.
Terrain might also play a role so without trying its hard to say.
