Hi,
I've just formed Germany as Prussia and it removed the Prussian sprites,
I've changed Byzantium units in the past so I edited the western_unit.assets and added under Level 3:
entity = { clone = "PRU_INFANTRY_3" name = "GER_INFANTRY_3" }
yet nothing happened, I tested it and found only 1st tier units can be changed.
Is there anyway to work around this?
Thanks.

I can't tell you anything about modding, but there is an excellent unit mod on Steam workshop that gives Germany unique units, it only requires the evangelical majors unit pack, which is free.
