So I created a faction to overthrow my ruler and called in 3 favours (one bought) to call them into my faction. They joined and then immediately left the faction the day after (unfortunately by this point I had already given my liege the ultimatum of abdicate or war and since this takes a few days to send only one AI was still part of the faction, the one in faction I had to use a second favour I had with him to ensure he was there when the war started)
I can see that they didn't want to be in my faction to begin with which is fair, but if I spend a favour to get them in then they should not be allowed to immediately leave the very next day.
