But capital has +5 stability bonus. This translate to a similiar bonus in all fields. It is indeed possible the stability bonus got maxed out, but it is really hard.

The only way to max out the stability without using the capital bonus is to go fanatic pacifist or shared burden+pacifist. I'll not go to the extreme detail on math, but generally, it is probably not worth the large set of restrictions just for the sake of maxing out stability.

So yeah, unless you are using certain particular playstyle, the production bonus from capital's stability bonus will never be invalid.
You can also use Aristocratic Elite and build Noble Estates. Each Noble grants +5 Stability, and they're Rulers so under most government types their happiness has an outsized effect on overall stability (though there is a bug associated with this).

Well, I hasn't tried that civic yet. Probably going for it next playthrough (authoritarian+pacifist+xenophobe, syncretic evolution+bio ascension, sounds wonderful)

Anyhow, choosing noble prevent you from taking high preists/merchants/more administrator. Each of them are very powerful within their respective fields. Capital bonus is still relevant in a wide range of playstyles.

Exalted priesthood is a joke civic. +14 base unity per planet, versus +6% to all planetary production. Or -10% housing/amenities usage. Or +16 trade value and +6-40 base unity.
I got my first tradition unlocked before I made first outpost. The first ascension perk is unlocked before first colony is done. Period. Certainly exalted priesthood will become more and more irrelevant as unity's value keeps dropping, but in early/mid game it's really a strong boon that cannot be ignored.

There's nothing special about getting your first two unlocks before building an outpost. A normal strategy in my spiritualist games.

There's nothing overly beneficial in unlocking an ascension perk by year 5.

Meanwhile, the Noble starts out of the gate with your planet producing 3% more of every non-Unity resource. 3% more minerals, 3% more alloys, 3% more food, 3% more energy, 3% more research, 3% more consumer goods. Minerals and alloys (exploits aside) are what gate you at game start. Not unity.

Night not be a big deal late game, but you can switch it by then. It's crazy good for unity builds, especially early game.

Not sure I understand your point. btw I haven't shifted Trade policy to Marketplace of Ideas for the screenshot, only spiritualist and Exalted Priesthood.
It was just about the sentence, with the "construction" word unfinished. "File d'attente de cons". It's funny, that is his point here, nothing more.
(Non-frenchspeakers will not get it, sorry.)

The translation isn't exactly postable without a ban. It's what Shakespeare would have called quaint.

As long as a planet's population is too grow, it should have adequate housing. Once it has enough though, it is perfectly okay to let it overcrowd. In fact, it is probably better to have an overcrowded planet push of its population via emigration than retain them on side if you cannot give them jobs.
