Since there have been many requests for EUSpy (by HorragotH) I'll begin with attaching the EUSpy 1.03 in a Zipfile.
Just unzip the file into any directory. (The program was originally distributed in a self-extracting WinAce file, but there have been reports that it might not work for all)
