Add "Megastructures" tab or menu for tracking -- This can be viewed on the menu bottom of list and you can even change its position.
Allow merging of all event ships with regular fleets -- You can do this and even put them with main fleets, of course, you cannot reinforce it in the ship manager.
Split Ascension Paths into their own system -- They are now even trees, and require one ascension perk. You take the AP, and now they work pretty much independently.
Terraforming Candidate should not be spawned by anomaly, they should be spawned at galaxy creation -- They now spawn naturally and even appear in the "Expansion Planner."
Add auto construction for construction ships -- This was also added, even highlighted in a youtube video showing the new feature.
Please add the option to spawn all crisis - Was added already as well.
Primitive Gestalt Consciousness -- Added with the "First Contact." DLC
Ecumenopoli should have a Bureaucrat district -- This is in the game already, empires can build these.
"Form Secret Alliance" interaction between subjects -- This I am assuming as allowing multiple subjects to revolt on the same overlord, you can do this.

Shattered Ring Tweaks -- shattered ring was changed, and buffed to something playable recently, although I do not know if the other two segments are reduced if the guaranteed worlds slider is turned down.
Give Terraforming Candidates an icon like the Habitable Worlds do -- They are white and show on the galaxy map.
Please allow Trait slot increases. -- Was added once you start ascended through the tree, there is more trait slot increases and even points increases for cybernetic, genetic and synthetic ascension.
These are things that have been implemented already to some degree and are already full features. Things that have been added you could also lock them and put them in Implemented. Preventing all further posts and removing them from the top of the "Popular." Section making rooms for others to reach the first page of course and allowing more votes and reviews on newer suggestions. Suggestions that are most likely never to be added, of course after review from people like the Devs if they have the time should also just make a "Denied." section also clearing up some clutter, like a nice way to say they are not gonna add it in the game.
