Usable screen resolution works no longer [MacOS]

Hello,

with my old monitor I used a screen resolution of 1920*1080 which worked fine.

I not have a 4K-monitor offering a choice of resolutions - but CK2 only wants to use the full 3840*2160 (where the texts are extremely small and many game features are difficult to locate) or scales down to 1024*768 (where you get only a tiny part of the map which is always covered by gigantic interface windows).
Both resolutions are next to unplayable.

Using Mac OS 11.3.1 - but CK2 doesn't use the screen settings of the OS anyway.

How can I get CK2 to use other screen resolutions?

Please attach your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK2/settings.txt
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log .

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.

Had a look at this file, found and changed the resolution - everything works fine!

So no further help needed, thank you very much for this tip.
