Nov 1941 Japan declares war on the US, a few days later I (France) request Lend lease from the USA. They respond to the tune of approx. 137 IC... Damn boys! With the UK giving me in the high 20's and with my laws maxed, my IC is over 300...

Edit. Shortly thereafter they upped it to 161 and my effective IC was over 350!

No Axis soldier stepped foot onto French territory! And I captured Sardinia, Libya, Ethiopia and Rhodes and Dodacanese Isles up to that point. So yes very much so. :)
