Playing the US in CORE (which is rare for me), France decided to DOW Germany when they reoccupied the Rhineland. I had seen this before but Poland decided to stay neutral! Usually they DOW Germany a few days latter but they didnt.

What happened is that Germany then DOWed the Benelux countries and invaded France in no time which ended by the creation of vichy. They started Sealion and got a few troops in the UK but they pushed them back (close call). Bulgaria, Hungaria, Italy and even Romania joined the Axis and Germany DOWed Yugoslavia and created Serbia and Croatia. The event where the UK ask Poland to join the Allies kicked in and Poland agreed so Germany started invading them. They also DOWed Greece!

It's now mid-june 1939 (before the historical war even started), Poland is about to fall and so is greece and Nat Spain won the civil war. Basically, all of Europe is fascist (even IRELAND has DOWed the UK and invaded Belfast ) and Italy is still making opposition in Africa and even in Italian Ethiopia agaisnt the UK.

Luckily, all this warfare means that my war entry is now 95% (got up quite fast with all that happened) but I'm not ready to fight! My fleet is more then ready but my airforce suck and I only have a few divisions. I started building quite a few Marines divisions to make a landing in Europe but that wont be enough to hold a full front against Germany.

Now, where do I start? Britain is really weak now so they can't really help me (I'll try to give then Belfast back quickly ).

Africa? Italy? Any suggestions would be welcome on what to build and where to attack. Also, do you guys think the Soviets are gonna DOW Germany earlier then 42 if Germany doesnt do it?

And I'm not even talking about the Pacific war here where Japan does what they usually do (war with Nat. China).

It sounds like a good place to start might be Ireland. If you can conquer Ireland and use it as a forward base, and then invade northern France (just to spite history, I'd go in through Brittany or La Rochelle/Bordeaux). that may be a workable plan. You will of course need a lot of land troops, but once you're ashore, stock infantry can be used to hold front lines and a small force (say 6-10 divisions) of tanks as your "punching" force.

I guess annexing Ireland would be a good start for a base of operation AND to deploy newly builded troops which is quite an advantage. One question tough, will the UK get Ireland if I annex them or will I get it (Do they have claims)? I guess I should land in Dublin or Cork.

The UK should get back Belfast, but you'll keep the rest of Ireland I think.
