I'm new to this game. Why is USA's available IC so low compared to their Base IC in 1936? How to I change this? I have researched industry and changed to hawkish policies with no change.
Peace time effect - not much of the production ability was to be used in peacetime (standard 8h working day) - once in a big war they mobilize all workers for 'round-the-clock production.
Thanks. I noticed Germany did not have this low available rate even though they are "at peace" (because of territorial claims?). Are these historical accurate values? Approximations? Just curious.
I thought I was doing something wrong trying to boost my available IC.
Setzp is a bit different because of national reasons like government form, sliders, etc. Democracies have a higher peacetime effect than dictatorships/fascist govts.
