US Visa card holder, Gamersgate doesn't want my card!!

Hey...

Any other US customers having issues with Click and Buy not accepting Visa credit cards?? It is saying that 'verified by Visa' is not supported in your country, therefore we can not use your card as payment. WTH? I just purchased Supreme Ruler 2020 2 days ago with the same card!!!

I entered my credit card information and it said it would take three days to verify my account!

I had a visa. So I just told Gamersgate to cancel the entire transaction. If I get charged for this...

Yes, click-and-buy sucks. My account has been blocked for three days (I tried to preorder AoD on Sunday) and they are not responding to my emails. I tried calling them three times, but they were closed (once) and the other two times I got cut off after waiting on hold for up to 20 minutes.

Not happy with the change to Click and Buy at all - I love Paradox Interactive and if it wasn't for Pay Pal, Paradox wouldn't be getting my hard earned pound (which is a pity because I've been a loyal Paradoxer for years)

I don't know why Gamersgate does this that way. Steam and Impulse do the credit processing in house. It makes for a much better and seamless interface.

Steam/Impulse:
-Login
-Add game to cart
-Pay
-Play

Gamersgate:
-Login
-Add game to cart
-redirect to another website
-register for another website
-wait to get vertified
-pay another website
-wait for gamersgate to confirm
-Play

I like Paradox's games, but Gamersgate really needs to drastically improve the buying experience.
