US-version in Scandinavia? Shops or online?

Well the headline says it all.
I ask you: If i´m a scandinavian(Denmark,Norway,Sweden or Finland) how do I get my hands on this greate game before Jan.2002 when Vision Park finally launches it?

AFAIK the only way is to order it from the US or Canada. Several people have ordered it from www.gamestop.com and I think it costs $40 + $25 in shipping. It sucks...

I´ve heard rumors about shops that import games from abroad before they are released here, but alas i don´t know of any myself.

I will, but i´m not sure if it´s 100% legal since it technically is parallel-import. I´m a lot more carefull these days of the legalities of gaming since a friend got busted for some illegal thingie about warez-games and selling some stuff he didn´t have the right to. Nearly got me in a mess to.

Well, warez is one thing. But I don't believe you could be busted for buying a parallell imported game?
Whats the real difference between ordering it from the US and buying the US version in a Swedish shop? It's both parallell import. (the shop may not be allowed to sell it here, of course, but isn't that their problem?)

vision park has exclusive rights to sell in scandinavia. any shop importing the product (ie not buying it from vision park) is liable to be sued.

an induvidual can import 1 copy for personal use or whatever, but may not sell it onward.

rather wait for the scandinavian release, it will be a better version as strategy first released the game too soon imho.

Vision Park screwed us last year by delaying EU by some 2 months or so. They PLAN to release it in january but I don't trust them anymore.

I asume there will be patches just like last year, so I'll buy the US version. Something is better than nothing, IMHO.
