When will this game be available in the US? It sounds like one of the best computer games ever made!

oh it is!!! it probably wont be available here for about another six months. local retailers have not even heard of it.
paradox suppose to announce US publisher deal at the beginning of this week, but it seems they did not make the deal. So it may be never. If you wish you can buy German version from games24 and they will send it to you in US for extra 30 DM delivery charge.

jeez an extra 13.64 delivery charge???? that is a lot just for delivery, and they dont even send it air mail...
What do you mean not air delivery!!!!! I paid 30 DM to get the game by sea (3 week minimum) .... I will kill my self or them if that is true.

if they sent it air mail, it would reach you in a week. they send it ground (or sea in this case) which will take anywhere from two-six weeks. i heard this from a friend, so it is not set in stone...
Hope I will get it for chrisms, and then be able to play in German. translating manual will take me years, but by that time EU US version maybe will be out.

If no publishing deal for the windows version is reached in the US there is at least the linux and mac versions coming. The linux developer Tribsoft do not have a release date yet, but rumor has it they're shooting for Q1 2000.

The beta version is in english. That means everything is ready I guess.
But no publisher.
American are not the only ones waiting for EU-English.
My german is faaaar from being good enough.
