US never at war

US war entry doesnt reach 100 because of some events that logically shoul increse WE , instead lowers it.
This resulting a very late US entry to the war or not at all.
Should be fixed.

They get into the war around 41/42 here...

I would really recommend that you look into certain events and their effect on US war entry. I noticed some really weird effects.
Its good to know that you get them to join in -41 or -42 that however doesnt fix my games

I know the WE events aren't satiable... But as for now we can't do much about it, can we? It works right in the majority of the games, even though not in all
