Would it be possible to get a 1940 start techteam with airborne research for the US? It's bloody annoying to get airborne divisions at the point where they existed historically. There is a historical precedent - the US Army Airborne Training School - which had its first platoon-sized jump on 29 August 1940. I'd assume something like a skill 6 team - they existed and had success, but were new in the field and it was only created for the purpose of jump training.
