Ignore this post. I misread the problem.

At first glance, it looks like your playset includes mods that have not been updated to be compatible with the version you are playing. You could go into steam and load up a previous version of HOI4 that worked with those mods. The other choice is to wait for the mods to update or make a new playset that includes only the ones that have updated.

Edit: I also noticed that you are trying to run three very large mods that most likely conflict with each other, even if all those mods were updated to be compatible. Total War, Road to 56, and Hearts of Oak, have to be played almost entirely alone. Those 3 change so many things in the game, that they do not play well with each other or most other mods, for that matter. They are meant to be more of stand a lone mods.

You may want to try and play with Hearts of Oak alone. It seems to be compatible and alone it will not conflict with any other mods. From there, you can try to add mods to it and see what works, but it is primarily a stand a lone mod.

Okay... I’m seeing the enable button right where it’s supposed to be. You just click on the gray switch on the right side?
By using “manage playset” you add/remove subscribed mods from the playset, or just enable/disable those already in it.

If the mod is greyed out it can mean it’s still being downloaded, unsubscribed after the last time you played the game, or that the mod files are missing (for any reason)

Looks like the 'major bug' might be in the interface between chair and keyboard. Although admittedly it's made worse by a catastrophic failure of UI design: the 'Manage All Mods' button actually doesn't allow any mod management (what were they thinking?).

Just follow the instructions given by KubiG37 to the letter:

There was also some issue (not my own experience) with mods being enabled, but not actually working/showing in the game. Is that what you mean?
I believe it required you to delete some folders/files and restart the game. (check the forum for this issue, it wasn't uncommon)

Other than that I don't know how to help you.

no the problem is is i cant see the physical enable button. I aslo have tried getting rid of the folders multiple times it work for a little while but it no longer dose. Thanks for your time and help!
Make a new playset with the mods you want and enable all. There is a way to enable all of them manually out of a playset but I can only sometimes figure it out. I miss the old launcher desperately. All it needed was presets.
