I recently downloaded and played a City supposedly based upon Detroit that had been covered in sewage and had a lot of fun trying to restore the city and got to thinking that it would be a lot of fun if there were an "Urban blight" slider to recreate the conditions of a Detroit or Flint and rescue a City that had become unmanageable.
I saw some references on Reddit to wanting this same thing, but didn't see that suggestion here. Any thought to being able to set a City up for Urban decay and then trying to bring it back to a healthy City?
