Oh goody. Even more stuff about good ol' OE. My, sometimes my chest fills to bursting with pride at all the interesting things my forefathers did. Ya know, assassinating sultanas, growing tulips, bingeing on debt, the odd spot of ethnic cleansing.

I ask you, is there ever such a groovy topic for discussion as the OE? ;) Apart from China, which is even more fun to model - and play!

Wow, that was helpful.

Good points, but I still totally understand why they entered the war or at least made, what I feel, was the right decision even if it was for the wrong reasons. Of course it was crazy to even think of expanding anywhere but the middle-east were the population was pretty homogeneous.

PS. Very well put event's Duuk. They are not to graphic, and still get the point across. I would really prefer that over death stats and how they were killed. Of course something can be said about if you ignore or work around it too long it can happen again, not to say Turks or even Germans will do what the did in the past, but look at Africa right now.........
