Upgrade for Argo -- Weapon Mount

Add the ability to add a mount weapon on the Argo to deal with the pesky pirates.

I would also like to follow the pirates home and attack their base. have the event spawn a mission option.

Would love something better for dealing with the all-too-frequent pirate event other than "let me go hand-crank the Leopard, stall them" or "stall them... while I get on the other radio and beg for help".
