Updated version of Research Assistant program ???

I am dredging these threads up to find out from active players if it is worth using in version 1.3a without bugs.

If it does I want to know the best place to download the latest version of it.

I also want to know if it takes into account the penalties for researching tech before its historical date.

More importantly do you install the program from inside the HOI-2 directory, or do you install it to its own seperate program directory?

Yes, it does calculate the penalties for researching early.

You can install it outside of your HoI2 Directory.
