I just read the thread about annexation. And it seems the manual is out of date when it comes to the rules of annexation (the three province rule doesn´t apply anymore - good).
I was wondering what else, if any, of importance is out of date in the manual?
I find this to be a rather complex game, therefore I´m really reading the manual carefully....but...eh...should I?
On another such note: it says that it will be looked upon as an extremely aggressive act by other nations if you mobilize. Now..what does that mean exactly? Do you get some of bad boy rating with all nations? Or just nations you are already on bad temrs with? Or neighbor nations? What?
