That's because the Steam account you've got connected doesn't have any Paradox games on it. Please double check the account, you may have more than one and have connected the wrong one.

That's interesting! Can you copy the link of one of these threads? There are quite a few forums so I may have missed removing the ownership lock in one place or another !
