Does anyone know how often spies you have placed in other countries update their information on number of divisions, ships, etc.? For instance, my spies tell me that they are "almost sure" that Japan has 5 carriers, but after I sink one in battle, they still tell me that Japan has 5 carriers for several days after. Is that because they just haven't reported back, or that I sank one that they didn't know about, or that one happened to be produced in the interim as a replacement?
