What is the status here? Is this mod totally dead? Would supreme and/or Paul be amenable to someone else taking over the mds for dh project?

Got the brain now. unfortantly it just screaming "UNKOWN MINISTER LOYALTY:SMILING OILMAN" and I have no idea what I'm suppose to do. I need Flitch to sort this brain out.
Most probably it's that you forgot to type the loyalty of a minister. Check your most recently modified minister files.
You guys could make the UN peace keepers and UN air force their own country's. They could have military accesse to UN nations and the air(with only air units) declare war to simulate a no fly zone
Or make a "No Fly Zone" declare independence from a country like Italy close to Libya.
I thought the No Fly Zone was only for public planes and not applied to military plances?
It's not possible to have military access only with air units within the confines of the game. What I was thinking was to just give the rebels an expeditionary force of modern planes that would disappear once the war ended. Could be a decision similar to foreign aide in the Spanish Civil War.
