I think that this trend is changing if there begins to be a certain relationship in the area they want to play as happens in the EU IV, I do not think it was causality, the last patch released will be called Husky and they will play dlc that accompanied the western Mediterranean with France, Spain and Portugal .
And I think 1.10 that it will be called Collie I think it will be a minor patch of content that I think will readjust the front of the Pacific / East Asia especially in the Chinese / Japanese war .
and that 1.11 Barbarrosa I think will be a major patch accompanied by a DLC very possibly on the eastern front

previously very presumably reworked from eastern front in next dlc
It would be a success on the part of the developers of the game, one of the first dev in his return would have to be to teach Polish rework in a half date commemorating the beginning of that conflict that reproduces the game as was the German attack on Poland

We're already at the 11th of August. Dev diaries could well start this week or next.

I hope and wish it to be true because it has been a long time since the last DEV. It is time for these to come back to know that they are working and preparing in a more concrete way

That post was removed or rather made available to those eyes only who have permission to see it. So I can not provide you with a link.
I believe there's no need to. The dev. diaries will begin on their own time anyway. Noone can write them but Devs themselves.

I don't know when the Swedes get back from vacation, but here in sister country Norway, vacation is over 99% of people and school is starting next week. They'll probably start working on HoI4 next week, if they aren't already.

It's a very nice troll, though, like announcing an upcoming project code-named 'Victoria'.
I think, as I have said before, that trend is changing silently as a WTT step in the structure of the dlcs and it is true that at the beginning it was like that but we remember the last patch that they officially released called Husky, which was operated by the Western Mediterranean and mainly reworked to the countries of that area at the expense of Italy, so I am convinced 1.11 called Barbaroja will refer to a large patch of reworking much of the eastern front something is no secret that the desallodores have clearly said that the Soviets are their main focus for the next annual dlc and when the name that possibly accompany that dlc was released is a clear clue of their intentions and as also to that they asked by tweeting about the trophy they wanted to see that a specific trophy for Finland came out first, I believe more than clear clues of the intentions of the next theme dlc
They said that they'll be working on 2 DLCs at the same time so it means instead of 1 DLC in a year, it'll be 2. So hopefully, they release 1.10 in September or something and then the big Barbarossa in late December to January next year.

I think you're wrong and I don't think we'll see dlc in a short time
They only said that they were working two patches in parallel, the 1.10 Collie and the 1.11 Barbarroja and saying the latter would be larger than the first therefore saying this will surely come accompanied by an annual dlc
remember that last year they did something similar with the launch of the new launcher that came another new patch that was not accompanied by another dlc I think that 1.10 will surely be released for November as they did last year with the new launcher that was accompanied by another patch
On the other hand, 1.11 Barbarroja I believe will be launched in February together with a dlc
I also think that the game developers have come to the conclusion that the best thing to get out of a big annual dlc and small flavor packages on the anniversary of the game and people are happy with that policy after the harsh criticism they had on the first dlcs
