Unused icon files

I don't know it this fits in either the bug reports or the suggestions subforum so I'll post it here.

While I was looking through the graphics folders I found a number of unused icons. Some of them were from things that didn't make it into the current version like certain traits or everything about arcane technology. Others were from components or traits that are present in the game but not used for them. Here's a list in case the devs overlooked them:

Inspiring Presence titan component (currently uses Nanobot Cloud icon)

Targeting Grid titan component (currently uses Nanobot Cloud icon)

Demoralizer general trait (currently uses Butcher)

Ai-Aided Design governor trait (currently uses Retired Fleet Officer, may be deliberate since they share effects)

Parts Cannibalizer general trait (currently uses Army Logistician, may be deliberate since they share effects)

Erratic Morality Core general trait (currently uses Armchair Commander, may be deliberate since they share effects)

Another unused asset is the shielded ringworld. Currently if you use a Global Pacifier on a ringworld its shielded variant is identical to the regular habitable one. It is supposed to have the following effect added (spawned it with console commands)

There's also tech icons for cloaking. There's others in old_tech_icons although most of them are just old icons they ended up not using for existing techs or since removed techs (like warp and wormhole drives).
