4) Way Of Architect (This is the ultimate architecture DLC -- Now you can spend your hard earned gold building many more new cool stuffs! Like new zoos, new ferris wheel, new fairy castle, castle with dragon and princess, and most of all, they generate 99 gold each month!)
And these cool buildings can show themselves up on the big map now.

Here's my two cents of (hopefully) never before suggested changes that may be gold, but are probably crap.

Southern Africa map extension. No,not the Sahel, I mean the equatorial forest belt and beyond. Mosquitoes, malaria and Zulus. Hey, if they can justify an Aztec invasion they sure as hell could justify a swarm of Pygmies raiding East Africa.

Empty provinces and nomadic tribes. Remove half of the tribes from the east of the map and replace them with wandering tribes - when they occupy an area they colour it in, when they move on it gets colored slate grey, like the off map areas. Special rules for moving into "settled" areas, rampaging through feudal provinces and going trekker across the trackless wastes of the Sahara or Rub al-Khali.

Playable bureaucracies. No, not theocracies - bureaucracies. Become Mayor of the Palace and take over the kingdom from within. Slowly turn your liege into an impotent and incapable figurehead through generations of manipulation and flattery and an ever ready willingness to say "I'll handle that one my lord, don't you worry your fabulously haired head about that . . .".

Meet the Fuggers. Play as a Jewish or Lombard banking family. Source, I'm from China, sitting in Beijing right now, and have gone to school there for the past 15 years.
冷笑话 is firstly an outdated colloquialism that I haven't heard since I was in freshman year, and secondly never, EVER denoted something good. It implies that the joker has said something cringe-worthy, whether by ignoring societal norms or by saying the wrong thing in the wrong place.
One who makes a 'Cold Joke' is essentially branded an idiot. I wouldn't bring this up if you used it as the English slang but since you brought up Chinese I'm going to nitpick.
Lastly, the 'Cold' is not from shivering. Rather, it's basically saying the joke isn't 'Hot' or 'Red' [红], red being a general term for 'cool' / 'popular' / 'great'.

I was going to guess something like a general patch that made small improvements over a very wide area.
That or roleplaying elements. I think your idea [I presume roleplay?] is better.
