WAR WAR WAR I understand that history is full of war but Cmon this game is kind of rediculous I always start at the beginning of 1399 and always play a European country and within 50 years Europe is sarting to look very very different and at least 100s of different wars have been declared. When I play this game most of my time is to keep other countrys from getting to big what im trying to get at is I feel this games only purpose is total global conquest it would be nice to just play and it be more realistic at least in the sense mentioned above.

Side note i only have nomine is it different in any other version?

History is filled with lesser armed conflicts as well as greater wars. You just don't hear about all of them. It would be inconceivable to separate between the major wars and the minor wars that might have been fought on a lesser scale in the real world. For one thing, it would have taken a lot of extra work for the developers if it were even possible. Secondly, some major wars erupted from initially minor disputes, so such a distinction would be anachronistic and unrealistic. As someone mentioned though, you could turn AI aggressiveness to "low".

As for the second question, there have been two subsequent expansions after In Nomine: "Divine Wind" and "Heir to the Throne". These contains a lot of extra stuff that weren't included in IN.
