Well lets get this over with shall we?

One more VP should do it.

Fortifications are no use to the enemy!

I have no clue where these countries are, I scoured the map 5 times for Bhutan.

Improving Intelligence agency.

Their insolence of dragging their feet is severely punished.

4 years and 19 days. Far too many dead and maimed. It is over, at last.

So while I redistribute 55 land units, 5 air groups and two navies to occupation/preperation positions, perhaps we should have a look at our next target?

Wales owns most of of the Carribean.

A chunk that I would quite like to annex.

A large chunk of the northern territories.

And some islands that will prove useful one day I am sure.

I am now one of largest nations in the world. The war with wales will no doubt make Galacia larger than me again and they will probably annex Saudi Arabia (The other green nation).

Not take them over, just beat them to taking over those northern regions, they would still be your allies, just smaller then you

Communist China. They were in a very long war which an outsider saved them from defeat and thus were able to commit its entire forces south defeating Euskadi and Austria.

February - March 1944​

Lots of redeploying northwards since there is a VERY large potential frontline in the north. So very little is happening around the world that this will be a short post.

This partisan map is misleading, that green area in the centre is caused by the movement of several corps.

The longest war in this game may actually one day get somewhere as Armenia is easily taking Croatia. This means they will one day share a border with their long term enemy Asturias.

Hamburg, Galacia and the Baltic Union are the ones that usually offer me energy. Hamburg especially. I fought wars to get more energy but still I am plagued by this issue! Although a nuclear reactor is coming soon!

And no chance of doing that, both would bring me into awkward wars.

Ah, seems like that web of alliances common with WW1 is still going on in the current state of affairs.
And as I was looking across that global map, who owns Hawaii and those surounding Pacific Islands near it? Could there be a possibility to take those for future expansions westward?

April - June 1944​

I'm waiting for units to be trained still, I'm feeling a bit over stretched and there are some Garrison units taking over in places but a lot of my forces are being tied up in repressing the new citizens of Bulgaria.

15 new factories appeared bringing the total effective IC to 410.

In other news.

That white bit is Finland, who aren't at war with Asturias so in effect they are becoming a barrier.

The cartographers finally found Bhutan!

Bavaria was unlucky, it had huge success at the start of its war but it quickly backfired.

A piece of new kit appears in San Antonio.

And here I was hoping that Armenia and Asturias would finally begin actually fighting but Finland is quickly putting an end to that hope.

July - October 1944​

Sloooooooooooooooooooooow, although things to do happen.

In preperation for the future invasion, my navy scouts the coast of Saudi Arabia. They still have their transports because. well I haven't really got a reason other than I forgot.

Finland continues to act as a fence.

Rebellion in Colon! Not that I have anything to worry about but had I had no troops stationed there I could have lost a major base as well have split my nation in half.

Ooo, but sadly I did not get anything.

This is not worrying at all, especially since Portugal was annexed by Czechoslovakia two years earlier.

Croatia has actually pushed back the Armenians slightly.

The first mountain divisions are deployed in the south.

Just when my troops are ready to invade, to coin a phrase, "Winter is coming".

The very green 14th Corps is sent north. They even still have that factory fresh smell.

RSNS Makkah fails to do any damage and suffers for it but they retreat back to their port.

Easy advances.

The only two VPs they own could be taken by the end of November. However if I destroy the Saudis I will no longer be at war with anyone, this is restore a major demand for Consumer Goods and I do not have the spare IC to appease the people. So there will be some delay until I am ready to invade Wales. The port I captured will also act as a spring board to reach Iceland and Greenland.

This will be a very easy war to finish off.

Annoyingly this division is retreating north into Catalonia which will tie up a divsion to watch the rear.

In preperation of the capture of their last port the 1st Navy is sent north to watch and wait for their BB.
