You can still benefit from others' actions and pick up the discount, even if you are not swelling our numbers. Up to 10 percent already and hopefully a bit more before the cutoff in a couple of weeks.

The discount will be available to everyone, but the respective level of "likes" must be reached first which then determines the amount discounted.

As I understand it, only those who likes, will get the discount.

I would also suggest in order to make games under development more known to post in the other paradox forums that a new game is coming.
Many people only read in the forums of the game they already have and sometimes miss the development of a new one. Nearly happened to me as well.
