The discount will be available to everyone, but the respective level of "likes" must be reached first which then determines the amount discounted.

I don't see what's spammy about stating that we dislike both the use of facebook marketing and having pre-order discounts tied to assisting with same.

We're not taking a "How does everyone feel about facebook?" survey. If everyone on the forum who doesn't like FB posts about it every time we mention an offer the threads just get spammed with pro/anti FB arguments. If you're not a FB fan, do not use it, that is all.

I doubt that it is meant like this, its purpose is actually just negating pointless threads of people who cry on forums because of their infractions. I was even once told that this meant that I couldn't complain about the infraction personally (per pn). It doesn't really feel good to be shut up for the sake of being shut up.

You can always ask for moderating reasons via PM. To the moderator in question, of if you cannot come to a conclusion, to the forum admins. A word from the forum admins is of course final.

As for the reason Darkrenown posted his post: Please stop discussing Facebook and its merits/banes. You may do that in the OT forum.
