Unlawfull territory while allied to HRE emperor with 188 relation.

Has anything changed recently?

Saxony, 1st unlawfull without being allied, then I allied HRE Austria, got to 188, and he asked me for the province, I denied, he asked me again... so 3 strikes, 1475 and I'm at -56 with everyone.

It never happened to me while playing Brandeburg, and since I pretty much always, and only play Brandenburg, I forgot about such "feature", and went to play the usual war, conquest... but what suprises me more, is why AI so rarely gets unlawfull territory.

Usually it happens in my games when I become a threat. But who knows why it does or not happen.

I think it happens when austria desires the land in any way. Does Austria want any Saxon land?
