Unlawful territory : I thought that was fixed with emperor (bug)

Hi,

It was a while since I played in the Empire, and I conquered some imperial territories. I gave them to my PU*. I was under the impression that Emperor made it so that subjects* couldn't give back territories, but after I had a demand from the emperor to give back the territory I took, he asked it to my PU* and the agreed.

I can get around this, but this is still frustrating, especially when the emperor can ask me and THEN my subject*. I already refused, why praying on my weak vassal?

Edit : this is a bug. The subject I talk is a PU and not a vassal as I originally stated. Please move to the bugs sub forum.

It is indeed not as the devs said. So I guess the best move here is to post in the bug section of the forum.

Make a bug report, PUs will still hand it back, although if you still have the claim yourself this is fine provided you have spare AE

Thanks! I didn’t realize, but I gave the territory to Palatinate, my PU, so that must be where the problem is.

I wanted to check if my memory was blurry or if the devs really promised such a thing.

You need to post a new thread because the bug forum has a particular form you need to go through that will help the devs diagnose the problem.
