Why can the emperor demand unlawful territory after you completely crushed them in a war? That means that you are stronger than the emperor and thus can't take his demands seriously? Why can the emperor even demand unlawful territory in a truce?

- The emperor can't demand unlawful territory if you have a bigger army than the emperor
