Why can the emperor demand unlawful territory after you completely crushed them in a war? That means that you are stronger than the emperor and thus can't take his demands seriously? Why can the emperor even demand unlawful territory in a truce?
I propose this:
  • The emperor can't demand unlawful territory if you have a truce
  • The emperor can't demand unlawful territory if you have a bigger army than the emperor

The truce thing i like, the bigger army thing certainly not.

Another thing i would like is if you take HRE land back to the HRE the emperor should not demand it either. (Maybe this is already in but i don't think so.)
