After taking a non-core HRE province, I noticed the +0.10 "unlawful territory" modifier to the monthly autonomy change in that province. But even after coring the province, the modifier remains. Does it ever go away?

You should have (as it was for the patch) a province modifier. Afaik it was 10 years?
