unknown string wanted

when the event CHI 4103 "the german mission recalled" happened, there will be BUG.

The string EE_GTEAM is missing in the game config files. I added this to boostertext.csv at the bottom and the unknown string is gone

Please backup \config\boostertext.csv, unzip the attached file and use as replacement.
Note: I used the text from EE_GLEADER (transfer of military leader), but changed only the english text. Modified file is based on 1.04RC4, it may (or may not) be different from previous versions
