Okay since the first 200 years have passed, it's time to look at the pointsystem and see how it works.

As we already noticed the purchase of great leaders is to easy, and thus the following has been suggested:

Gained point can be used twice, once for leaders (admirals, generals, explorers and conquistadors) and once economic rewards.

Leaderpurchase:
Hire general. 10p with 3/3/3. +1-3/5p each, +4-6/10p each, 7-8/15p each. Max 17 total stats. Max 6 in any one stat. Lives for 25 years. Random spread of stats. Spawn 5-10 years into session.

Good leader like 4/4/4 would cost 25, great leader 5/5/5 would cost 55 and great leader like 5/6/6 would cost 85, thus great leader would only be available every 2nd session if all points were spent on it.

Hire admiral. 15p with 3/3/3. +1-3/10p each, +4-5/15p each. Max 14 total stats. Max 5 in any one stat. Lives for 25 years. Random spread of stats. Spawn 5-10 years into session.

Good admiral like 4/4/4 would cost 45, great admiral like 5/4/5 would cost 75.

Hire extra random explorer/conquistador, 15 points each, same as the usual randoms.

Gaining of points
I think the points for ontime and years played work well, thou i suggest this:

10 points for being on-time.
1 point for every year played/session.
5 points for every war won - thus you need to gain land, money, MA or vasselization from the other part to claim points.
3 points for major war ending in WP, if you had large loses of forces
2 points for every war lost - thus you need to lose land, money, MA or vasselization to the other part to claim points.
2 points for every CoT (at end of session).
10 points for every human vassal gained by force (at end of session).

Economic rewards:
Several are still fine, but stuff like gold, basetax and deflation needs edits.

Lower badboy. 6p/1bb.
Raise manpower. 10p/.5mp. Only for provinces with <12mp.
Raise tax. 7p/1bt. Only for provinces with <15bt. (NEW)
Gain gold. 25/50/75/100d per 1p in 1400/1500/1600/1700+ (NEW)
Deflation. 10p/0.5% (NEW)
Buy core. 8p. Cores can be claimed anywhere in the word, but you must have knowledge of the provinse. How else would you know what to claim.
Convert province religion. 10p if state culture, 20p if other (NEW)
Convert province culture. 20p if non-state culture, 10p if colonial culture. (All go to primary culture)

Not yet revised
Build manufactory. 30p + 8p/manufactory of the same kind already owned. Double cost if required Infra level is not researched.
Build shipyard/CC. 35p + 10p/every CC/shipyard already owned. Double cost if required land/naval level(s) is not researched.
Raise population. 5p/1000 if city >1000pop. 20p/1000 if 0<1000.

doesn't look bad, i like the reduced costs of some

however there 2things i'd prefer to see
-cut the manu costs in half so they might be worth using

- and delete the leaderpart, add a mt system for military and keep the current system (xept leaders) for economy

tell new Austria, that Epirus, Kosovo and Bulgaria should be given to OE, and most probably OE would fund war manus for Austria, as it`s techspeed is very slow.

btw, watching HAL`s activity last days, i was almost sure he gonna make kind of backstab like he made. As always jumping to John.

Well, the events of this session were a bit unneccessary. John's tantrum could either be seen as true feelings of frustration, or just really black diplomacy. He has played this game for a very long time and should obviously be aware of the different styles of players, so I am leaning to the latter.

Sadly, I will need to leave the game either this session or the next, as I will be going to China and then onwards, for a while in the future. I have kept this fact secret, as it would have influenced diplomacy.

I will do my best to find a new perm and luckily I have lots of time to do that.

Horrible session with two now three people quiting. But I have to have, **** you Mulli. I am having a much harder time fighting Lithaunia now then I would have had you not joined the war.

Thankfully PJL's MI is around 30 without that CoT and even if he keeps winning battles his economy just won't keep up with mine. Winter wars suck.

Not if costs twice as much for you to spend trying to attack me. Also there's this thing called war exhuastion, yours is higher than mine.

Re people leaving, perhaps if Mulli has to go as well as Tonio leaving, it might be a good idea to merge Russia and Lithuania, as they are the two weakest powers at the moment, and then one of us could go to Brand. But not until after the next session where we will have a better idea which country is in better shape. Austria could be filled by a new perm if Tonio isn't persuaded to come back.

You are right that could indeed be an option, thus needing 1 less perm to find.

That actually is not a bad idea. If I win the war or not it won't really matter. Lithuania without it's CoT is going to be very weak and all that it can really do is continue fighting me.
