The predecessor of this mod mod was initially designed for Doomsday, to serve as a base for multiplayer games on polish forum. After a while I started playing ARMA, and here's the effect of my tweaks.
As you can see below, I mostly messed up with misc.txt (changing max limits for leaders etc.) to provide player with more challange (outproducing AI has somewhat lesser effect due to more severe stacking penalties). Moreover, I also kept CAV-III until later on (to provide low-oil player with a decent anti-partisan unit), disabled ground attack mission (after long discussion we've decided it's too gamey - airforce should support, not wipe out enemy), and tweaked carriers to give them more offensive power but less defense.
