Units Gaining Experience

Quick question, I want to increase the rate in which my units gain experience as a result of combat. I figured this would be a simple change in the misc. file, but I could not find any entry for "experience" other than the modifier the effects combat. I checked the other db and config files with no luck.

Anyone know where I can modify the file/line so that units gain experience more quickly?

Gahhhhhhh! I was doing a word search for "experience" instead of "XP"
