Playing sweden with a dec26(william the conqueror) start. I defeated Erik the heathen's armys and control a few provinces enough so that I have 100% war score. I offer peace he surrenders. Upland is still independent and the imprisioned erik still controls his Duchy's. What am I supposed to do to get that territory?

Start by executing Erik the Heathen. His heir SHOULD be catholic, if it's not, just declare holy war for Uppland. - and if you're lucky, it's your mother. This will prevent Norway from gobbling Uppland. Then, declare war on all of the independent norse counties. Eat them. Preferably before Norway does. Do not be afraid to break truces against heathens. Their opinion doesn't matter. Getting their territory before Norway does, um, does.
This is probably a bug, btw. Erik's territories should revert to Swedish control after he loses.
