I think I remember someone reported doing it with HoI I, but I haven't seen it done since.

Yes it is similar to playing as Cuba, Panama or other small nation. You aren't going to be able to rule the world on your own, but if you work it right, you can make a significant impact in the war.

In my game I used the New Zealand Squadron to skirmish with the Japanese navy and do commerce warfare. I used my limited supply of troops to conduct hit-and-run missions to take out Japanese outposts that were left under-defended.

It was a fun game because you start with some naval forces, and can build enough of an army to effect things if you don't get sucked into a large campaign. But I like playing small nations. MDow

It is no wonder that the Bundaberg Hospital Debacle happened then?? I know that other states have had their own health-care cockups, but this one would have to be close to the "muther"of all of them. And now Beattie is proposing a "influx tax" on Southerners who might like to live there!!!
