Unit production

Can anyone tell me if the issue of unit produciton has been addressed? Most minor nations did not produce a lot of their major equipment. They purchased it!
Has this been addressed or is every contry its own arms dealer?

I am hoping that with "Money" you will be able to buy tanks and airplanes from your allies. This would be good for the smaller nations, so that they can focus on industry and troops. Thats how it really was, and thats how it is now. Nations buy tanks, they don't make them.
Like the fact that Spain, Denmarck, Sweden, Canada, Greece, and Germany all use German Leopard series tanks. It should be a diplomatic tool to allow nations to build things under license (basically allow them to make things that they don't know how to make already) But it should be expensive since they would have to build the factories, machines, and train people to make them.
I am sure that it is already to late to put that in the game, but maybe it could make it into a patch (fingers crossed)

Great idea

You buy equipment - combine it with your manpower - and save ICs for development or something.
Of course, if you get into a serious conflict than you'll be both broke and dead, unless you play as Switzerland
Anyhow, great idea! I hope this will be included in HoI3 - it's a bit late for such moderations of the game engine.
